Your shopping cart. How to fill it up
To buy in you don't need to have registered previously. While you are surfing in our website, you can easily add the products that you are interested in to your shopping cart. To do this, all you need to do is to click on the "Add to shopping cart" button that appears below every product.

Each time that you do this, you will access your shopping cart. In it, you will be able to see what items you have decided to buy up to this moment. Here, you will be able to change the number of units of each of the items that you want to buy. It is important for you to press the "Calculate again" button every time that you change the number of units for each of the items, to ensure that you don't ever lose track of the cost of your order.

Taking products out of your shopping cart is just as easy: you simply have to click on the "Remove" icon that appears below the number of units chosen for each of the products.

At any time, while you are surfing in, you can check the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the "Shopping cart" icon that appears in the top right hand part of the page. When you are in this page, you can return to the product catalogue by clicking on the "Continue shopping" option. On the other hand, if you have already decided that you don't want to buy anything else, click on the "Proceed to checkout" button.

Confirming your order
For your order to be fulfilled, we need you to give us some information. Once you have clicked on the "Proceed to checkout" option, you access another page in which you have to fill in your e-mail address and specify whether this is your first purchase, or if you are already an customer. Afterwards, if you want to continue placing your order, click on the "Continue" button, and fill in the form that appears.

This is where we ask you for all the information that we need to ensure that we can deliver your order. We also give you the possibility of deciding whether your order is a gift. You can mark the box "If your order is a gift" and write the text that you would like to appear on the card. We will make sure that it reaches the person for whom it is intended. In this case, don't forget to fill in the address of the person who you want the item to be sent to, rather than your own.

On the following page, we ask you for the information we need to be able to receive the payment for the products. Before confirming your order, check it carefully. Ensure that both the items and the number of units for each of the items ordered are correct.

Choose the type of delivery (normal or fast) and the payment method that you want to use, and introduce the details of the person who will pay for the order. Remember that if you have selected the box to indicate that it is a gift, the details will be different from those that were given previously. Click on "Continue" to confirm your order.

If everything is correct, a page will appear showing all the information that you have entered. If the system were to detect any information that is incorrect, a message will appear to tell you what the problem is. On the other hand, if the information is correct and you don't want to change anything, you have to click on the "Continue" icon to confirm that you want your order to be processed. It is only at this point that you will have made your purchase. In a short time, you will receive a message to confirm that we have received your order.

What advantages does our shopping system offer?
First of all, it has been designed thinking exclusively about making it comfortable to use for our customers. You will be able to realize this when you make your first purchase; and even more so, with the second purchase, as the system remembers your details, so that you will not need to fill them in every time that you want to place a new order. On the other hand, if you change your residence or credit card, you will be able to change the details that need to be updated on the form itself.

"Fast". Urgent shipping service using COURIER

This is the quickest shipping service that we offer, and it may only take 48 hours to reach the main capital cities in the world.

The delivery to your address is guaranteed.

COURIER does not deliver to post box addresses.


"Normal". International air mail using Correos España

This service is the cheapest for small orders (1 or 2 CDs, 1 DVD...) although it is slower than the "Fast " service.

In most instances the order will be delivered to your home address, although this will depend on the postal service in your country.


"Normal" shipping times using Correos España:
From the moment when your order leaves our office, these are the shipping time (consider that there will be some occasions in which the products are not in stock):

The shipping costs depend on the weight of the products that make up the order, so we can only give you some estimates of prices to help you make your choice.

You will always receive detailed information about delivery costs before confirming your order. accepts the following credit cards:

The quickest and most comfortable way to pay in our shop is by using a credit card. The purchasing process is completely secure, because the information is always encrypted when it is sent using the Internet and, once we receive it, your credit card data is exclusively stored in a computer that has no Internet connection.

Charges that are made to your credit card account are always processed in Euros. If you have placed your order using the Yen or U.S. Dollar currency options, we need to convert the amounts into Euros. To do so, we always use the exchange rate of the day when the order is made to ensure that the final charge which is paid through your credit card account accurately reflects the total cost of your order in Yen or U.S. Dollars. Nonetheless, it is always possible for slight differences to exist.

Finally, note that we only collect the total payment once your order is ready to ship, except for products that are custom-made in accordance with the measurements or sizes our customers give us: this is the case for skirts, shoes and dresses. In these cases, we have to collect the full payment before we order them from our manufacturers. Payments for orders involving large sums of money are also collected in advance.

Bank transfers

This is another form of payment that we accept. If you want to make a payment using a bank transfer, first of all you have to place an order in our shop. Once you have placed your order, an order number will be assigned to you, and you will need to use it as a reference when you make transfer.

As soon as we receive the transfer, we will continue to process your order.

Your order is valid for 15 days. After which, if the bank transfer has not gone through, the order will be cancelled automatically.

All transfers involve some commission charges whose cost depends on the bank and on the country from which the transfer is carried out. THESE COMMISSION CHARGES MUST ALWAYS BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

Do not forget that the amount that you have to transfer is the TOTAL that appears in the summary of your order. If you have made your purchase in Yen or U.S. Dollars, make the transfer for the exact amount that appears in your order, and we will automatically receive the payment in Euros.

Is it safe for me to enter my credit card number online?

Yes. It is 100% safe. All the data that our users provide us with travels in Internet through safe servers that encrypt the information using SSL protocols. Moreover, credit card details are never stored in computers that can be accessed through Internet.

Payment methods that we do not accept

We do not accept the following payment methods:
- payment on receipt (made to the postman or postal services)
- cheque.

Generally, the only payment methods that we DO accept are payments made using a credit card or bank transfers.

In what currencies are the prices? Euros, U.S. Dollars or Yen

At the top of all the pages, you can select the currency in which you want to view the prices. These currencies may be either U.S. Dollars, Euros or Yen. Pick the one that you consider to be most comfortable. The prices are always equivalent in the three currencies.

The payments collected from your credit card will always be in Euros. If you have placed your order in Yen or U.S. Dollars, we need to convert it into Euros. To do so, we always use the exchange rate of the day of the order, and we try to collect the exact amount of Euros in order for the final charge that you receive in your credit card account to be the exact amount of the total cost of your order in Yen or U.S. Dollars. Nonetheless, it is always possible for slight differences to exist.

Returning products. Our 15-day return guarantee

In, you have 15 days from the date when you receive your order to return products that you have bought in our store. To do so, the items will have to be in a perfect state, unopened, with any seals or shrink-wrap intact. Once we have received the item in our offices, we will give you a refund. Please read our Refund Policy.

Warning. We will only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty, damaged or in bad condition, provided that these problems are a result of the manufacturing, transport or shipping process.

This returns policy does not apply to products such as dance shoes and practice skirts, which are custom-made on order from our customers. For these products, returns will only be accepted if there are any faults, or if there have been any mistakes in their manufacturing, or errors in their delivery. We do offer the possibility for customers to exchange dance shoes, practice skirts or castanets for similar items if the size of the item that they received is not the right one for them. In this case, the customers will have to pay for the shipping costs resulting from this exchange.

Once we have received the item which has been returned within the specified deadline, and once we have ascertained that there has not been any mistake on our part, we will refund the cost of the items, but not the shipping costs for the original delivery or for the return. Please, read How can I return a product?

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is damaged or faulty, alongside the cost of the items, we will also refund the shipping costs for the delivery and for the return. 

How can I return a product?

First of all, before returning a product to us, regardless of what the reason for the return is, it is essential that you contact our customer service department.No returns will be admitted unless prior authorisation has been obtained from our customer service department.

Remember that the product must be in perfect conditions, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact. Once you have received a reply from our customer service department, send us the product and ensure that it is well packaged in order for it not to suffer any damage during the delivery. It is important for you to know that if the product were to suffer any damage as a result of not being properly packaged, we would not accept its return.

Once we have received the product in our offices and after having checked its condition, we will proceed to give you a refund for its cost, in accordance with our 'Refund policy'.

Important information. If you are from outside the European Union, please declare a 5 Euros value for the items, but never stating 0 value on the customs declaration. Also please include the following statement (in Spanish): "MERCANCIA SIN CARGO. VALOR A EFECTOS ADUANA: 5€" (no-charge goods. Value for custom purposes = 5 euros). In this way we try to prevent incurring extra charges at Spanish customs. However, if any such charges arise, the customer would be responsible for paying them.

Returning a damaged, faulty or incorrect product

If the product is damaged or faulty.

- You can return the merchandise to us within a maximum delay of 15 days from when you receive the product. It is important for you to contact our customer service department previously.

If the product that you received is not the one that you ordered.

Contact our customer service department to receive instructions on how to return it to us.

Our Refund Policy

Once we at have checked that the product is in perfect conditions, we will proceed to refund the money you have paid for it. Before paying you the refund, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will always be made using the same payment method that you used to pay for your order: either bank transfer or credit card.

The estimated delay for you to receive the refund is of two weeks from the moment when we receive the merchandise.

How Refunds Are Calculated

Items returned because they are damaged, faulty or incorrect: If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is not the product you ordered or it is in poor condition, we will refund the shipping costs that we charged you for when we sent you the item and we will also refund the costs that you incurred in returning it to us.

Other returns: When a return takes place as a result of any other reason, and provided that we receive the returned item in perfect condition and with its packaging intact, the refund will be equivalent to the cost of the item. In these cases, we will neither refund the shipping costs for the delivery, nor the costs paid for the return.

Information about customs and taxes.

Deliveries within the EU.
The prices that appear in our website already include VAT charges. Within the EU, there is freedom of movement for goods, which means that the person who receives the merchandise should never have to pay any kind of taxes on imports, or customs duties.

Deliveries outside the EU.
The prices that are indicated for the order and shipping costs do not include taxes (customs duties) on imports which must be paid by the person who receives the merchandise, in the place where s/he receives it.

These charges are different in every country, and there are countries where they don't exist; if you want any further information, please contact the customs authority in your country.
