“Sólo por eso” is an album made to like and listen to, where La Macanita makes use of the whole modern flamenco repertory. The repertory is rich and contrasted. There are unreleased tracks by Carlos Lencero like “Cobre viejo”, his heartfelt tribute to the great Chocolate. There are also magnificent compositions by the Jerezean composer vocalist Terremoto, the bulerías “Volver a verte” and the tangos called "Déjame volar”. In addition, there are two amazing cover versions that define two eras in flamenco: “Maldigo tus ojos verdes", made popular by La Paquera and “Cai” by Alejandro Sanz.
